The Chapel regularly hosts open houses to introduce the Chapel to potential wedding and special event clients. Reservations are not necessary to attend. Below are the dates for the upcoming open houses:
- Saturday, March 14th 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Monday, April 6th 2:00 - 7:00 pm
- Sunday, April 26th 2:00 - 4:30 pm
- Monday, May 16th 12:00 - 2:00 pm
- Monday, June 1st 4:00 - 7:00 pm

After the ceremony, if you wish to extend your reservation time slot, each additional hour is $200.
The affiliate discount is extended to Veterans and Active Duty Military Members
No religious affiliation or relationship to the University of Maryland is required to host your event at Memorial Chapel
** The maximum total capacity of the Garden Chapel is 100
*** The Main Chapel will accommodate 1100 guests, however there is a limit of 300 guests per time slot.
